Cafe Colombo and Chef Eranga are made for each other. His cooking style is deeply rooted in the traditions and flavours of Sri Lankan cuisine, from the time he spent with his grandmother and mother. Chef Eranga believes in the power of spices and herbs in creating robust and complex dishes that are delicious and evocative, telling the story of his heritage.
